How to use this with your coach

  • Share your top 5 values with your coach and talk about why each one matters to you.
  • Notice where your daily life feels aligned with these values and where it feels out of alignment.
  • Choose 1–2 values to focus on for the next few weeks (for example, Courage or Balance / Well-being).
  • Set one small, realistic action per week that expresses those values in your real life.
  • Revisit your results occasionally to see what has shifted or become more important over time.
